The Magic Ingredients:
1 medium sized potato
coriander leaves -few
Asafoetida (Hing) – pinch
Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
chick pea flour (Besan) – 5 tsp
Cut potato into small pieces. Add coriander leaves along with other ingredients
except oil. Add little water to mix. The mixture should in a consistency as the besan
blends with all the ingredients.
In a pan heat required oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot, make small pakodas
with hand/ spoon and deep fry. Flip them with strainer when they are done one side.
When pakodas are done remove them and drain the excess oil in a paper towel.
Enjoy the snack, along with ketchup.
